Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. Send us an email to email@example.com the Order Number within 24 hours of placing your order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. For cancelling your order, a cancellation fee of 10% on the invoice value will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, you shall receive an email confirmation stating same. Additionally, if your order is refused or cancelled following payment, reimbursement will be done within 10 working days. Please note that sale of discounted items are non returnable and non refundable.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and click on the Cancel link under My Subscriptions section of your profile on the site. This will open a feedback form where you need to mention a cancellation reason. After submitting the form, your subscription will be cancelled. You will get an email confirmation once the subscription is cancelled.
