For one cup of Decaf Green tea, scoop 1 teaspoon of the green tea leaves into a teapot. Pour 200ml of water freshly boiled at 80°C over the leaves and let the infusion steep for 3 minutes. Pour the mild tea into a cup, add honey, lemon or sugar and enjoy a soothing nightcap before a refreshing night’s sleep.
